" I work during the week so it was very difficult for me to work with any realtors because many were not flexible and others would ask me for my price range up front to see if they even wanted to work in my price range. (So rude). My husband and I agreed that we would keep our price range private until we found a property we liked to avoid being steered into a sales pitch or something we didn't want. The house was reasonably priced and we drew up the paperwork right away to make an offer. Once you make an offer the deadlines get so tight and although buying a house is a stressful process Ann did make things so much easier.
